Khakka Khakka - II

I hope, you could have guessed the movie name, what I am talking about. (but still I will tell the name: Vettaiyadu, Vilayadu). I think that Gowtham (Director) has much been inspired by ‘Serial killer’, ‘Thriller’ and the kind of novels.

Gowtham, himself said in one of his interviews that the story of the film was 99% same as Khakka Khakka. “Khakka Khakka was a local chase; but it is going to be an international chase” – said Gowtham, before starting the film.

Kamal introduction scene was very exciting – You will like it very much if you (still) like “Khakka Khakka”. Then, each and every scene hides behind suspense with thrilling background music. Kamal (DCP, Raghavan) takes in charge of finding the serial killers. He starts his hunting. After kamal lands in New York, it gives us the feeling of being there by ourselves (watch the people there conversing only in English, most of the films don’t dare to do!). Jyothiga.. was not given that much importance, but she acted just by facial expressions as she always does. (at last, she is rescued -- this might be the only difference between both films).

Songs were shot pretty cool. Gowtham takes us a free tour around NY (Noticed Gowtham appearing in one of the songs? ).

But, most of the scenes look too violent. If you can bear this, you will be very much impressed by the film. :)

If you like to see the movie, better sit in a DTS enabled theatre :-)

Thinking of.

It was chill to be in home. Not only because of the climate, the people around me made it so. I did some thing useful, apart from tasting the home made foods.

[1] I am going to continue/ spend time on writing the book. The first chapter/ draft will be made avail during September first week. No, let’s be specific: 3rd, September.

    1. Will publish more details about content, chapter organization, scope and etc, very sooner.
    2. Will have to discuss/participate in lots of technical forums, mailing lists to gather more!
    3. Will have to look into the recent picks and try to signify them.

[2] I am thinking of focusing more on SOA. Also, will have glimpse at latest Middleware technologies.

[3] Next article/writing will focus on, um, still in confusion J

Sivaji Ganesan.

Whenever given a chance, I never miss to see his films – no matter how old it is. It doesn’t seem he had acted in films; rather he would have lived in.

He will make his audience to loose their consciousness, while watching his films. He will make them weep, while he weeps; he will make them smile, while he does it. He is portrayed as “Unique Tamil Actor” till date. Perhaps over three to four generations.

It is good to know that people had realized, appreciated and awarded his talent! He has got Padmasri, Padmabhusan, Chevalier (france), Dadha Saahib Paalke and etc awards in his career. Oscar team might not be knowing about him, it seems! :-)

I am able to imagine how Bharathiyar looked like and Kattabomman lived only after seeing his films! I closely watch his actions whenever I get chances to see his films. He doesn’t make it like; he does it as it is.

One of my friend used to comment him, “He almost forgot what his unique personality was, because he was living (acting) in others personalities through out his life! “

His soul left us five years ago – his great talent lives with us ever.

Out of Office Blog :

This week went away in the way I guessed (so fastly!). I was reading some old technical books, chit/chatting with friends on phone. And, today is the most expected day -- I meant week's last working day.

The plans for holidays:

[1] Going to some hill stations.
[2] Reading some tech topics whatever I left.
[3] Reading some good articles/ nice stuffs I downloaded.
[4] Preparing abstract/propsal/drafts for next articles/white paper.
[5] Looking the possibilties of continuing the book! [yes, I started writing one technical book -- it's on hold for very long!]

Let's see how many of these I can do successfully!

Kathy Sierra | Maintenance, Backup | Toys, Collection | Monday to Friday

Kathy Sierra
I was shocked while reading Kathy's blog. She published a post regarding the 'lay-off' at Sun Microsystems. She even went depth and explained the news emotionally. Time has to change things. May god bless Sun, to live long.

Maintenance / Back up

It's now almost 7 months, since I installed the OS (Windows XP) in my Little Genius (Little Genius -- my laptop's pet name! :) ). Today, I forced Maintenance/ Back up activities. My God! My Little Genius was used like a production server in the past months! A DataBase server, a Web server, an App server were running in laptop, BTW :-)

And, above all, I am experiencing the famous windows problem 'system slowdown' now a days.Little Genius will be back to form in a day or two.

The nuts and bolts.

[1] How will you access a private variable of a class (of course, out side the class) in java?
[2] How will you display the column names, column counts in JDBC?
[3] How will you store and retrive image files to and from database using JDBC?
[4] . . .. .

I am learning quite interesting things ! :)

And,... I understand your question, why I put the image?

Doesnt it show I am in full-swing ? :)
